Donations/Support:
give.cru.org/0899056

While struggling in law school in Macedonia in 2011, Andrijana questioned her purpose in life and the existence of God. A roommate gave her a Bible and set her up to meet with CRU Staff where she heard about the Gospel for the first time. She started reading and praying and eventually accepted Christ as her Savior. God answered many of her prayers and guided her through law school, giving her a love for the law. Andrijana got more involved with the CRU ministry and began sharing the Gospel with her friends and family despite many obstacles. She eventually joined CRU Staff in 2016 and is part of Leader Impact – an organization working to fight the corruption in the legal system in Macedonia. They believe God puts lawyers in positions of influence in all segments of society and in all the nations of the world to fulfill his purpose – being transformational leaders, experiencing life to the full by stepping deeply into the call of God’s plan, integrating their faith into their home and work, and transforming cities, nations, and ultimately the world for Christ.

We are extremely grateful for what the Lord is doing with Agape Victory Churches in Haiti. Ever since we started our first church on May 2, 1991, we have never ceased to be an instrument in God’s hands. We have just celebrated our church’s 22nd anniversary. Our ministry is very oriented toward the community, not only in terms of meeting people’s spiritual needs, but their physical needs as well. Our main church in Port-au-Prince has over 500 members. We have several other churches in the countryside that we have either planted or adopted over the years. We have an orphanage of 25 children that we started in January, 2013. The children are really growing in a loving and spiritual environment. They have been taking music classes which permit us to have a band now. We have a school in Port-au-Prince from kindergarten through 9th grade. We have just started a trade school with courses in sewing, cooking, and computers. We have a medical/dental mobile clinic which serves different communities, almost free. My wife and I have 6 children: Monica, Jephthe, Caleb, Debbie, Nana, and Esther.

Wycliffe Bible Translators

Tim & Kathy Husk
472 Lansing Rd., Akron, OH 44312
(330) 212-3655
tim_husk@wycliffe.org

Tim and Kathy have served with Wycliffe for 30+ years. In 1991, they answered God’s call to Papua New Guinea as part of the Bible translation team, enabling people to receive God’s Word in their own language. About 280 of the 800+ languages of Papua New Guinea still need scriptures translated. Tim and Kathy have assisted several translation teams and filled various roles at the Ukarumpa Center for many years. Tim used his expertise in the communications support area and most recently served in administration. Kathy taught in the mission school and served in many practical ways, including youth ministry and national ladies’ Bible studies. Now God is raising up a new wave of PNG churches to join more directly in the Bible translation movement. The Husks are currently in the US as they transition to a new role in their ministry to Papua New Guineans. Tim and Kathy’s assignment continues with assisting communities to design sustainable Bible translation projects that engage with PNG churches. Wycliffe invites you to participate through prayer and financial partnership. Together we can finish the task in this generation!
