Are you and your family new to NBCC? Welcome! Here are some FAQs. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any other questions or comments.

Q: When are church services?

  • Sunday Worship Service is 9:45-11:00 am
  • Sunday School for all ages is 11:15 am-12:00 pm

Q: What happens during the church service?

  • 9:15 am – Free coffee and cappuccino is hot and ready in the lobby
  • 9:45 am – Worship begins with one of our laymen
    • Welcome, announcements, short devotional
    • Family-time – birthdays, anniversaries, and sharing are highlighted once a month
  • 9:55 am – Contemporary Worship Team lead us in singing
  • 10:10 am – Sermon – open, honest, practical teaching from God’s Word
  • 10:50 am – Closing songs, prayer, Lord’s Prayer, and Blessing song
  • 11:00 am – Greeting and visiting with each other, coffee and cappuccino available in lobby

Q: Where do the children go during services?

Jesus loves the little children and so do we. All our children’s workers have a background check. Many are teachers. We want your children to be well cared for and fall in love with Jesus.

  • Nursery – ages 0-2 – in hall right off the sanctuary
  • Preschool Worship – ages 3-5 – the “Noah” room – let a greeter show you – south hallway past the restrooms
  • Junior Church – K-6th grade – downstairs
  • Please pick up your children immediately following the service

Feel free to bring your children into the service as well. If you find they are disturbing others, the Nursery has live audio, or the lobby has live streaming. With all the viruses, we respectively ask to keep your children home if they are sick. Our services are streamed live on Facebook and YouTube. Past services can be found on our website.

Q: How should I dress?

We want you to be comfortable. Most wear jeans and a few wear their “Sunday best.” In summer, modest shorts are common.
